My 6-year-old Bull Terrier-Dalmatian mix, Lucy, has excessive ear discharge in one floppy ear, which has bothered her before. Is it okay to use a 50/50 mixture of apple-cider vinegar and water to clean and dry up her ears, and what other steps should I take to manage this issue until I can take her to a veterinarian?

My 4-year-old Shih Tzu just had pyometra surgery and is bleeding slightly from the incision. She also wants to walk around and is not eating. How should we manage her post-surgery care, including giving her medication and preventing her from licking her stitches?

My 11-year-old Goldendoodle, Asbury, has had diarrhea for 6 days, which has improved slightly but remains liquid and yellowish in color with no blood or mucus. She vomited once two days ago after eating a slice of pizza covered in ants. She weighs around 50 lbs, has a mild murmur, arthritis, and mild hypothyroidism. She is currently on thyroid medication but hasn't had it in a day or two. She has been on a bland diet of chicken, rice, and a little bit of egg for the past few days and is still very active.

My dog had 2 breech pups this morning and her 3rd was normal. She is bleeding a bit and panting quite a lot. Should I be worried? Is there a chance she could have more pups?
