My 6-year-old Labrador, who had surgery for bloat about a year ago, has vomited twice tonight, the vomit being dark green in color. He is not eating, drinks water, has had a bowel movement, but is acting lethargic and not himself. What could be causing this and what should I do?

We just adopted a puppy named Brumby from the shelter. He has been experiencing green eye discharge, wheezing, and sneezing, but is eating, drinking, and acting normally. He is 8 weeks old and was neutered on Monday. He has also had the Bordetella vaccine. Should we take him to the emergency vet due to these symptoms, or can we wait until our regular vet opens tomorrow?
