I have an 8-year-old greyhound named Boots. She has had left eye drainage for a couple of weeks, which has tinged her white facial hair. I've been cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide, but it now looks darker and possibly blood-tinged. She often uses her paw to wipe her face. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
