My Zuchon, Maggie, ate one grape last night and has been throwing up for the last few hours. She is 16 lbs and a little over a year old. She has no known health issues, but she has been laying around more than normal and didn't eat her food this morning, though she did eat a couple of treats. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

She has been mopey and lethargic, with intermittent vomiting, no appetite since last night, and has been drinking water. She has passed very little feces, which is black and tarry, and appears to have blood in it. She has also had unusual house soiling, squatting 4-5 times today. What should I do?
