My 6-year-old Pekingese Poodle mix has been diagnosed with crystals in her urine, which the vet says requires surgery costing $5000, which I cannot afford. Are there any alternative treatments that are less expensive? She sometimes seems to be in pain, has blood in her urine, and difficulty pooping. The vet mentioned that surgery is the only treatment option.

My Zuchon, Maggie, ate one grape last night and has been throwing up for the last few hours. She is 16 lbs and a little over a year old. She has no known health issues, but she has been laying around more than normal and didn't eat her food this morning, though she did eat a couple of treats. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

My dog, Hope, a rescue Rat Terrier approximately 8 years old, has been experiencing gastroenteritis off and on since April. She has been mopey and lethargic, with intermittent vomiting, no appetite since last night, and has been drinking water. She has passed very little feces, which is black and tarry, and appears to have blood in it. She has also had unusual house soiling, squatting 4-5 times today. What should I do?

My 12-year-old dog, Pumpkin, has been experiencing tremors when she's relaxing and sometimes falls over. Her eyes stay focused straight ahead, and she occasionally takes Meloxicam for back pain. What could be causing these tremors, and what steps should I take to address this issue?
