My 6-year-old pit bull terrier, Cali, has been experiencing a mucous-like, greenish discharge from her eye since the beginning of the week. She is not fixed and is currently having her period. The eye is bloodshot and she occasionally squints when the discharge is cleaned off. She shows no other signs of discomfort or itchiness, and there is no nasal discharge. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Tucker, a 10-month-old weighing 15 lbs, ate half of a chewable vitamin C tablet 10 minutes ago. The tablet contains sucrose, vegetable stearic acid, citrus bioflavonoids, citrus aurantium, fructose, silica, rose hips powder, rose canine, acerola powder, malpighia puncifolia, and magnesium stearate. He has not vomited and seems fine. Is there any cause for concern?

Our dog Murphy, who is at end-of-life due to abnocarcenoma blocking his airway, is scheduled to be let go tomorrow. His breathing issues are worsening, and he has trouble sleeping due to difficulty breathing when laying down. We have carprofen prescribed for him, but we want to know how much we can safely give him over the recommended dosage to ease his suffering for the next 20 hours without worsening his condition.

My dog's inner tear ducts are slightly swollen and a pinkish red color. My brother and I think he might have an eye infection. My brother took him to the vet a few months back and received ointment and eye drops, which worked but we noticed his eyes were looking the same after about 2 or 3 months after treatment. What should we do for our 7-year-old German Shepherd named Kane, who is still energetic and playful, aside from his eyes?
