My 6-year-old rescue mix, who has always been healthy and super energetic, developed storm anxiety about a year ago. I tried to find things that would calm her without drugging her. I gave her VetriScience Composure chews (3) for 3 days. Since yesterday, she has developed diarrhea with watery stools. She seemed fine this morning, but this evening, her stools are still watery, and she is very lethargic and moving slow. She won't eat her usual scrambled eggs. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, a one-year-old Cane Corso named Kane, has been exhibiting signs of an ear infection, including head shaking and irritation, which is causing him to be aggressive.
