My 55lb terrier, Jack, ate a small part of his plush toy, an antler. He's acting normal, drinking water, and has eaten toy pieces before. What should I do?

My 10-year-old Shepherd Lab mix, Joey, has suddenly lost balance, has a right head tilt, struggles to walk with issues on the right side, and is drooling. His eyes move normally, he hasn't vomited, and he isn't willing to eat. He was last seen by a vet in August with normal blood work. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
