My 60lb, 10-year-old dog named Peter ate moldy food 8 hours ago. He is panting, breathing at 50 breaths per minute, has a temperature of 101°F, and has not vomited or had diarrhea. He also has arthritis and has been forced to climb stairs, causing his legs to be stiff and shaky. What should I do, and how can I distinguish between tremors and seizures if they occur?

My lab, Trigger, hasn't eaten or pooped in several days. I've given him stool softeners, mineral oil, and milk of magnesia. He has less energy but still gets out of his pen. He tries to have a bowel movement but hasn't been successful. He doesn't seem to be in pain, is not neutered, and hasn't been wormed in a while. What should I do?

Could you please tell me if adequate margins were achieved in the biopsy report? It seems the lateral margin was narrow, but I don’t understand if this is good enough. Additionally, my dog had surgery last May 3, and the wound opened. Is it possible that because of the lateral margins, there is still cancer left in the area? Should I be worried about this?

I had sand delivered to my house today for some ground leveling. I believe my boxer, Maverick, may have eaten some of it. He is constantly panting, pacing, and has thrown up three times that I know of. But he can’t sit still. Is there something I can do until a vet clinic opens in the morning?
