My dog has vomited three times today. The vomit is chunky with food in it, and yesterday it had paper in it. The dog's name is Hemingway, and he is almost two years old. He is still drinking and eating. What should I do?

My dog has been moping around and not wanting to play with his toys for 2 weeks. He also doesn't want to go outside anymore and runs to hide when I ask him to go potty. Could someone have done something to him, and can dogs be depressed? Should I make an appointment to get anti-anxiety and depression meds for him?
