My 7-month-old dog, Achilles, has been licking and nipping at his genital area and flanks non-stop for the last couple of days. He has red spots and what looks like pimples on his muzzle. There is no unusual smell, and his environment and daily activities have not changed. What could be causing this and how can I treat it?
