My 7-month-old dog, Dodger, got bit by a spider or insect, causing one side of his lip to swell up. I gave him a 1/4 of a Benadryl, and the swelling went down, but he now has saggy skin under his chin. He's eating and acting normally, but I'm concerned about the saggy skin and want to know if there's anything else I should do or look out for.
