My 7-month-old puppy, Daisy May, was spayed on Tuesday. She was in heat at the time. After the surgery, she was lethargic, has labored breathing, and has no appetite. She also seems to be in pain at times, moaning when she moves. Should I take her to an emergency vet?

My German Shepherd, Kimber, who is 10 years old, weighs 105 pounds. She had surgery on her leg after being run over several years ago. Recently, she started licking her leg and reopened the wound. I have a collar on her to prevent further licking. I have Azithromycin 250 mg, can I give it to her for infection? Additionally, how should I clean the wound and should I continue using antibiotic ointment and wrapping it?

My dog gave birth three nights ago and is now panting excessively, which began during nursing. She is also shaking. Additionally, I am unsure if she is lactating enough for her puppy, and the powdered milk supplement does not seem to be working. How should I proceed, and when should I get her spayed after this pregnancy?

My dog, Lily Bear, has been having ear infections and developed an ear hematoma that was drained. She was prescribed Zyrtec (10mg tablets) three tablets every 12 hours for two weeks. Her weight is 69lbs. Is this dosage too much, and is there anything else I can do to prevent the ear hematoma from returning?

My dog, a 50 lb goldendoodle puppy named Theo, got into a mostly used bottle of vanilla extract containing 41% alcohol. There was probably 1/2 oz left. He is 8 months old and has not vomited yet. Should I take him to the vet or induce vomiting at home?
