I have a 2-year-old German Shepherd named Lucy. She has very irritated skin, especially on her neck, and has lost a lot of weight despite being fed her regular amount of dog food. We noticed the irritation about a month ago when it became obvious her skin was red, raw, and lacked fur. She has been rubbing and itching the affected area. How can we address her skin irritation and weight loss?
