My dog ingested a decent amount of Dawn dishwashing detergent with bleach alternative. He won't eat, his nose is warm and dry, and he's been lying around for hours. He wags his tail and still comes when called. Is this something that will clear out on its own or should I take him to an emergency vet?

I have a basenji/chihuahua mix named Nicky who has warts. One is on the end of his nose, and another source suggests that vitamin E is good for getting rid of them. I have Vitamin E skin oil. Can I use that on his nose to get rid of the wart?
