My 7-week-old Pomeranian puppy, Nala, had a great check-up at the vet on Tuesday and received her shots. However, today she started acting lethargic, has had diarrhea twice, vomited once, and is now hypothermic at 97.1°F. She has been given Nutrical, SQ fluids, and Pedialyte. Her diet includes Diamond small breed puppy food softened with water and a small spoon of canned puppy food. What should I do?
