🐕  Dog Health

My 7-year-9-month-old male Mastiff has lost a significant amount of weight over the last two months, is lethargic, weak, and has developed a cough, dry nose, goopy eyes, and loose stool. He seems hungry but won't eat from his bowl and requires coaxing for spoon feeding. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog has a skin infection and I'm giving him medicated baths. What can I use to moisturize his skin afterward to prevent it from becoming too dry? I was considering olive oil or coconut oil, but I'm concerned about potential rancidity and bacterial growth.

We have a new 5-month-old puppy named Portia who has frequent urination, both in the house and crate, and outside in small bits and dribbles. She also licks her genitals frequently. We are concerned it could be a urinary tract infection (UTI). She drinks frequently and eats well but is not lethargic. She may also have worms and has been given a dewormer. Her stools are solid but very soft and light brown. We are keeping her crated due to other pets and take her out frequently, but it seems not frequently enough as she can only last about 30-40 minutes between urinations. What should we do until her first vet visit, which is in over a week?
