Hi, my grey and white pit bull, Santana, has pink/red skin on his white fur on his stomach. He scratches his body hard and has a rash. He has been licking and rubbing the skin. What could be causing this and what can I do to help him?

My dog, Ozzy, has been vomiting every half hour for the last few hours. He threw up a few times last night but not during the day. The vomit is now a light yellow color with foam and is very liquidy.
