My 7-year-old Chihuahua, Peanut, was spayed 5 days ago. She is shaking, whining, and running around fast. Her stitches appear to be coming out. She is not wearing a cone and has been staying under the bed a lot. She was on pain medication (Meloxicam) but it caused diarrhea. What should I do to help her until I can take her to the vet on Tuesday?
