My 7-year-old Labrador, Billy, has been in pain all night, whimpering, vomiting twice yesterday (first with food, second liquid), and is very lethargic. He has hip displacia, is on previcox, and received a cartrophen injection a month ago. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?
