My 2.5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Lincoln, has had diarrhea for about 24 hours, possibly due to eating grass. He is energetic and playful, but I am concerned about his condition. Is there any over-the-counter medicine or home remedy that can help soothe his gastrointestinal tract and improve his stool consistency?

Our 30 lb dog, Howie, may have ingested some Rodenticide pellets (brodifacoum) about 7 hours ago. He is acting fine now. If he did ingest it, would 25 mg of Vitamin K that I can give him tomorrow be an acceptable approach? Should I also have him get a PT/INR on Monday?
