My 7-year-old pug has been experiencing frequent diarrhea, sometimes with blood in the stool, and has never had accidents at night before. The issue occurs off and on every few months. Could this be due to dietary indiscretions, and can dogs have diarrhea and bloody stools from eating something they shouldn't?

My dog, Piper, an 8-year-old 22-pound beagle, ate about 4 ounces of fudge containing milk chocolate. I tried to induce vomiting with expired hydrogen peroxide, which caused her to throw up mostly peroxide. I also gave her activated charcoal. What should I do next, and is she in any immediate danger?

My dog, Tifa, an Airedale Terrier weighing 46 pounds, ate part of a children's magnesium supplement containing 1g of xylitol about 12 hours ago. She resisted vomiting induction but eventually threw up 8 hours ago. Since then, she has been acting and eating normally. What are the potential risks and should I monitor her further?

My 7-year-old cocker spaniel, Lady, ate 4 packets of Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Flavored. She weighs between 35 and 36 lbs, has a tight belly, and is panting slightly. She hasn't vomited and just started drinking water. What should I watch for, and should I give her anything or take her to the vet?

My 3-month-old mini Australian Shepherd, Grey, has been screaming when standing up from a sitting or laying position, but not when running or walking. He had a temporary loss of appetite yesterday but is back to normal today. He has also been peeing a lot at random times and seems to be in pain in his back left leg. What could be causing this and what should I do?
