My 7-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Goliath has a visibly protruding floating rib, and his liver is enlarged according to an X-ray and blood test taken 6 months ago. The vet advised no treatment and to wait and see. Goliath is active, happy, and alert, and I give him a US-made bully stick for 30 minutes daily. Is the bully stick causing the issue, and is the 'wait and see' approach appropriate?
