My 8.5-month-old dog, Navi, has inflamed red ears and a little red bumpy rash on her tummy. She recently started shaking her ears and has been trying to rub her tummy on the ground. She was spayed on March 31 and has been eating less than usual, possibly due to an allergic reaction. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do to help her?
