My 8-month-old dog, Lilly, has vomited five times within 20 minutes. The first vomit contained food, and the last ones were mostly liquid, not foamy. Lilly recently tore up and ate a chew rope, and I had to pull a wad of it from her bowel movement. What should I do?

I rescued a dog named Casey, who is 1.5 years old and has anxiety that manifests as aggression towards men and other dogs, but she is good with kids and most women. The anxiety occurs all the time, with some triggers like power tools worsening her condition. I have tried store-bought anxiety chews, a Thundershirt, and an Adaptil collar, but they have had little effect. I also went to a trainer who focused on basic obedience rather than addressing her aggression. What are the best ways to treat her anxiety, and what type of trainer should I seek out?
