My 8-month-old Frenchie/Bully mix, Dodger, started coughing like a honking noise after eating brisket, sweet peppers, purple yam, and watermelon. He weighs about 25 lbs, has no medical conditions, and is not on any medications. His breathing is fine when he sleeps, but he coughs when he wakes up and moves around. What could be causing this, and what can I do to help?
