My dog, Stella, an almost 2-year-old Aussie Cattle/Koolie mix weighing 40lbs, has been dry heaving all day but is otherwise acting normally. She hasn't eaten anything unusual and is eating fine. We live in a cold area, and she spends a lot of time outside. Could this be related to the cold, or is there another concern, such as bloat or kennel cough?

We have a 14-month-old neutered purebred golden retriever named Scout who is hyperactive, overly hungry, and destructive.
