My dog has arthritis and a skin infection from a recent bite. I'm trying to avoid taking her to the vet. What can I do for her skin infection and arthritis at home?

Hello, my dog seems to have a corneal ulcer. I should have some drops for this, just wanted to make sure I can give them while she is on gabapentin for a possible slipped disc or spinal stroke. Can I use tobramycin while she is using gabapentin?

My Siberian Husky, Shadow, has been suffering from separation anxiety, crying, whining, and panting for over 24 hours. He was diagnosed with epilepsy a year ago and is on medication for it, and was also diagnosed with separation anxiety as a puppy and was on trazadone for it, but he’s been out of the medication and I couldn’t get a hold of his regular vet for a refill. What can I do to help him?
