I have a 4-month-old German shepherd puppy named Maximus who has been vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. The vomit is liquidy with traces of food, and he recently ate part of a rope toy. He is acting lethargic and just wants to lay around. He was last vaccinated a week ago and received distemper and parvo vaccinations on 1/28. What should I do to help him?

My 3-month-old puppy, Whiskey, is vomiting after every meal. The vomit contains mostly food, and he has been doing this since last night.
