My dog, Duckie, a Lab/German Shepherd mix, is constantly drinking water, has a bad smell in her urine, is very needy, and cries a lot. She also has sticky urine. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I gave my dog a small rack of lamb rib bone to chew on and when I was not looking he ate it. Should I be worried? The dog weighs about 33 pounds and it was over an hour ago. He is acting fine.
