My 8-year-old Havanese named Charlie has had light brown/yellow, watery diarrhea for 5 days, with occasional harder stools, and just threw up a little yellow. He seems a bit sluggish and his gums feel a bit dry. He has had fleas in the past year and is overdue for a teeth cleaning. What could be causing his digestive issues and what can I do to help him?
