My 8-year-old Ridgeback Boxer mix is very itchy, especially around his nose, which has broken open several times. I've changed his food to an allergen-free diet, given him extra omegas and vitamins, and the vet has prescribed prednisone, an antibiotic, and Benadryl, but nothing seems to help. I'm not sure if he's allergic to my cats or the intense heat, but his itching has been particularly bad this summer. He doesn't have fleas. What could be causing his severe itching, and what else can I do to help him?

My 12-year-old Chihuahua hybrid, Ernie, woke up disoriented, confused, and panting a lot. He ate his breakfast, went out for a normal poop, and drank water, but seems lethargic and out of sorts. This behavior is unusual for him as he's usually alert and active. What could be causing this and what should I do?

We took in a mini Australian Shepherd from Colorado and are having issues with stomach upset. He throws up almost daily, tries to eat grass, and now can't keep down even water. He is active, playful, and current on all shots. Could this be an allergy to Kansas, and would Zofran help with his upset stomach?

My eight-year-old Havanese is trembling and has pancreatitis. The vet is closed. Should I take her to emergency or keep an eye on her? She has no other symptoms but is acting a little off. She is on a strict low-fat diet and only gets carrots and apples for snacks.
