My 8-year-old spayed dog has developed significant bruising on her lower abdomen and above the incision site a few days after surgery. She is otherwise acting normal, eating, drinking, and urinating normally. Should I be concerned and take her to the ER tonight, or can I wait until tomorrow to see her regular vet?

My 9-month-old dog, Trixy, is constipated and has been humping without results. She is also peeing a lot with some blood appearing in her urine. She is eating and drinking but passing very little stool. Is she straining to poop, and could she be in heat? Are there any other medical problems or medications she is taking?
