My Chihuahua, Knuckles, is walking weird and behaving very submissive. He may have jumped down from something and possibly hurt his paw. He doesn't seem to be in pain, but he's walking oddly, which could be due to an overdue pedicure. What should I do?

I just woke up and found Advil liquid gels all over the floor. My 125-130 lbs, 11-year-old golden retriever, Riley, might have eaten some as there were two stuck to his fur. It happened within the last 5 hours, and he hasn't vomited. He seems fine and is walking around normally, but he has had diarrhea. Should I induce vomiting, and is it safe to wait until a vet is available?
