My 80-pound labradoodle has been taking 300 mg of gabapentin every 12 hours for pain for the last 6 days. After the last pill, she became groggy and listless, and now she doesn't want to move or respond much. Is this dosage too high, should I stay up and monitor her, and is she in any danger? Should I give her the next dose in twelve hours, or can I stop the medication suddenly?

My mini schnauzer, Ajax, is 6 years old and has a very red, hairless genital area that is causing him a lot of pain and discomfort. What could be causing this and what should I look for or do?

Pete, a 10-year-old dog, had an injection of hydromorphone, metacam, and lidocaine in his knee. He has been diagnosed with bone cancer, and his knee is broken. His ears are stuck in an erect position, his tongue is hanging out of his mouth, and he seems unable to move it. What additional information should the veterinarian know, and what should be done next?

I have an almost 11-year-old boxer named Taz who has recently started leaving unusually large pee puddles in the house when we are not looking. This is a new behavior for him, and he has never done this before. He has no other behavioral changes or appetite changes, but he has a few fatty tumors that have been checked and are fine. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 6-month-old dog, Eeyore, swallowed a small amount of sonic boric acid. What should I do, and is there anything else I should know about his condition?

I have a boxer. About two weeks ago, he had a dizzy spell while excited when I got home. A few days later, he fell down out of the blue and got right back up. That evening, I took him for a walk and he spun around in a circle three times and fell down. Then he was alright until the last three days. Now his head is tilted, his face is drooping, and he is salivating on the same side. He is bumping into things and has trouble walking down the steps. What is wrong? Please help!
