My dog didn't get up this morning and waited for me to carry him downstairs. When I put him down, he whimpered, possibly because I put pressure on his hard belly. He urinated but showed no interest in moving or eating. He is normally very active but today he is lethargic, shaking, and gripping me tightly. He didn't react to the doorbell, which is unusual. He is not vomiting, but I'm concerned about his hard belly and possible constipation from giving him pizza crust last night. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?

My dog has a red ring on his groin area that appeared after a camping trip. I've attached a photo and am hoping someone may be able to tell me if it is consistent with what ringworm would look like on a dog. If so, I'm hoping for treatment options without having to pay for a veterinary appointment.
