My dog, Apricot, has been licking her belly a lot recently, causing it to become very pink and raw. We changed her food a couple of months ago, around the time this behavior started. She doesn't have any known allergies and no rash, just the pink and raw skin from excessive licking. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 8-month-old Chihuahua, Gina, has had diarrhea for a week now. She has no other symptoms, is up to date with all shots and deworming, and seems fine. She occasionally eats things off the floor and ate a chicken nugget on Christmas, which we initially thought might be the cause. All vets are closed due to the holiday. Should I be really concerned, and is there anything I can do for her?
