My 9-month-old German Shepherd, Sergeant, has been experiencing very loose stool, some vomiting, a runny nose, and reverse sneezing since returning from a 3-week boarding/training stay. He is very thin, picky about food, and weighs 72 pounds. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?

Hi Daisy has had 1 episode of vomiting liquid mucous after some episodes of wrenching. Nose is cool and wet! No diarrhea. 15 min. Ago. Could the dog have eaten anything unusual?
