My 9-month-old golden retriever, Lola, has an eye infection that seems to be conjunctivitis. The inner/bottom of her eye is red, and it's not as open as her other eye. She's squinting it shut but not wiping at it. The upper right eyelid is bloodshot compared to the left, and her right eye looks a little hazy. Her pupils are the same size. I've used a warm rag to wipe the outside of her eye but haven't tried rinsing it with water. What should I do?
