My 9-month-old Karelian Bear Dog, Junior, has had diarrhea for 3 days. He is on a boiled chicken and rice diet in small amounts, and there is no blood in his stool. He had a vet visit 4 weeks ago for a shot and is not on any medication. What should I do to help him?

I think my dog has contracted Leptospirosis. I have a vet appointment tomorrow at 9:30 am but I know nothing about the disease and hear it can lead to death. Iām concerned and want to know what I should do between now and his appointment tomorrow.
