My 9-year-old Boxer, Dudley, has been suffering from Valley fever for the last month and a half. He has been on Fluconazole, but now struggles with bladder control, is lethargic, and needs help to stand. He is emotionally distressing my wife. Is it time to consider humane euthanasia?

I have a 9-year-old Manchester terrier with sores along the base of his spine near his tail. There has been no change in diet, no flea medication, and the only treatment used is triple antibiotic cream. The sores seem to heal but then he bites and chews at them until they bleed. I treated my Pomeranian with Vectra 3D by spreading it on her back. A few hours later, she started itching constantly and shaking as if something is crawling on her back. She did not have fleas or ticks as she doesn't go out much. I washed her twice with dishwashing soap but it didn't help. What should I do?

I have two Labrador Retrievers aged 11 and 13, and a 1-year-old French Bulldog named George. George is sociable and well-behaved outside the house but occasionally becomes aggressive towards the other dogs at home without any apparent reason. This behavior does not occur outside the home.
