My 9-year-old female dachshund has a large knot near one of her breasts, the nipple is enlarged and oozing clear liquid. She has never been spayed and she nests, making milk. I believe she may have a clogged milk gland. Is there anything I can do at home to help reduce the knot and open the gland again?

Our 8-month-old rescue puppy, which we've had for 2 months, has developed small to medium size patches of hair loss. This started 1 month ago and is increasing. There is no scratching noticed. Could it be a food allergy? The puppy is currently on Purina puppy chow. What can I try? The puppy is a lab/Welsh corgi mix. Any help is appreciated!
