My 9-year-old German Shepherd, Maybelline, is drinking a lot of water, not eating much, and is exhausted halfway up the stairs due to pain from arthritis in her hips. She was a rescue and has been showing these symptoms for about a week. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?

Our dachshund got into some red licorice (Twizzlers). How serious is this for a 23-pound, 5-year-old dachshund named Emmy, who has not vomited since eating the licorice about 15 minutes ago? There is no open clinic within 50 miles.

My 5-month-old, 40 lb puppy ate Trazodone. When was this? Has the puppy thrown up since eating the Trazodone? What's the puppy's name? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you? The puppy is spayed and is going to get her 3rd shots on Friday.

My 1-year-old lab cross ate an unknown quantity of almond flour, a bag of pot barley, dry spaghetti noodles, and a couple of pepperoni sticks. She is bloated, has had a couple of poops full of barley, is a little more docile than normal, and has been drinking a lot of water. Do I need to take her to a vet?
