My two dogs, a 10-year-old Lab named Irving and a 6-year-old Brittany named Nell, have red whites and green discharge from their eyes. My 3-year-old Border Collie/Cattle dog mix, Aurora, has vomited in the middle of the night or early in the morning for the last two nights. The first night it was once, and the second night it was three times. There's no food in the vomit, and it appears to be more liquid than foamy. Her appetite is normal, and she eats Bil-Jac dry food with occasional coconut oil for her fur. We recently changed her feeding schedule to once in the morning instead of twice a day. What could be causing this and what can I do to help her?
