My dog is favoring his left ear. Anything I can do to remedy the situation?

My dog, Waylon, a 2-year-old 16-pound dog, got into my wine last night. He seemed drunk but is looking better this morning. However, he hasn't been drinking any water, which is unusual for him. He ate all of his food this morning and isn't stumbling anymore, but he's just not drinking water. Should I be concerned, and is there anything I should do or look out for?
