My Yorkie, Jaci, is constipated with hard movements off and on, had a small, soft mucous movement yesterday, threw up once (white, liquid, no food), and is now very uncomfortable and shivering. She drank a little goat's milk. What can I give her to relieve this?

My dog is acting lethargic and limp, has had multiple litters, and recently went into heat. I thought she had worms and gave her wormer, but now I'm concerned because my cat, who I thought was pregnant, just died. My dog's belly looks similar to how my cat's did before she died.
