My Beagle, Roscoe, is 3 years old and has been vomiting and has blood in his stool. He started showing these symptoms around 5:30 PM today, and has vomited four times since then. The blood in his stool is watery and dark, and he is basically pooping just blood. Could the Beagle have eaten anything unusual? What should I do?

My dog Venus, who is about 7 to 8 years old, is unable to stand from her bed due to pain in her right leg. She has been experiencing this issue since Monday afternoon when she tried to get down from the couch and almost collapsed. She has not been able to stand since then and has urinated in her bed. Her appetite has been minimal, eating only some bread, and she has not had a bowel movement. What could be causing her pain and what should I do to help her?
