My Bernese, Remington, has been heaving and spitting up foamy drool. Now his stomach is hard as a rock and he's been crying. His breathing is fine, but this just started a couple of hours ago. What could be the issue?

We have a new lab puppy named Bella. She got her first vaccine on 12/12 and her second one on 1/3, but it didn’t all go in because she moved. Now she has diarrhea. Can I give her her second shot (number 9) again? The first shot was a number 5. She was born on 10/17.
