My bichon has a problem with her right ear. There is a lot of dark wax, she is shaking her head constantly, and shivering. Is there anything I can do for her now to make her comfortable? I have an appointment with the vet on Saturday.

My dog, Boss, a 40-pound pocket-sized American Bully, swallowed a whole large Greenie bone around 6:30 PM and vomited right after. He has since been playing and sleeping normally, but has had two accidents in the house, which he never does. Should I be concerned about the bone causing any issues, and are there any symptoms I should watch for?

My asymptomatic dog recently tested positive for Lyme disease on the snap test. His urinalysis is fine, and his Quant C6 level is 85. I am choosing not to treat him immediately and will monitor for symptoms, repeating the titre in 8-12 weeks. What is the average time frame for symptoms to appear after exposure, and if his titre level drops below 30 and he remains asymptomatic, can I assume he will stay symptom-free?
