My pregnant Labrador is due this week, showing signs of discomfort such as pacing, moaning, and being very large, but no milk is coming out. Her temperature has been between 100.3 and 101.2, with one drop to 99.5 over a 4-hour span. What should I do to ensure her well-being and the safety of her litter?
