I have a 2-year-old Chihuahua with chronic itching, primarily around the ears, eyes, and mouth, followed by excessive licking of her feet. I've tried over 10 different types of food, including dry and wet options, and even a steroid shot and children's Benadryl, but nothing has helped. She's been on each diet for at least two 5lb bags of food, and she also tried Atopica for two weeks with no improvement. The problem started 7-8 months ago. What could be causing this and what else can I do to help her?

Adopted a 5-year-old Havanese 9 days ago. For the last 24-48 hours, the dog has been vomiting and experiencing severe diarrhea. The dog won't eat but is being offered pumpkin.
